Welcome to Galleria Footwear. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to keep our process transparent and fair for all our customers.
1. Delivery & Order Processing
Pre-Order Timeline: Because these items are imported directly from China after your order is confirmed, the standard delivery time is usually 25–30 days.
International Shipping & Customs Clause: Since this process involves international freight and customs clearance, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. Therefore, please allow up to 60 days for final delivery under exceptional circumstances. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items arrive safely.
Shipping Dispatch: As soon as the shipment arrives from China and passes our quality check, we hand it over to our local courier partner immediately.
Local Delivery Speed:
Inside Dhaka: Next-day delivery.
Outside Dhaka: Within 3 days.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability from our Chinese suppliers. In the rare event that a specific color or size goes out of stock in China before your order is processed, the order will be automatically canceled from our system.
2. Checking Upon Delivery (Mandatory for Exchanges/Returns)
Front-of-Delivery-Man Policy: For your peace of mind and ours, you must check your product carefully in front of the delivery person. Please verify the design, color, size, and condition of the footwear before they leave.
Instant Size Exchange & Change-of-Mind Returns: If you have a size problem or simply do not like the product, you must inform us and initiate the exchange or return while the delivery man is still there. Once the delivery man leaves, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or change-of-mind issues.
3. 7-Day Refund Policy
Easy 7-Day Refund: We stand behind the quality of our products. If any manufacturing defect appears or any issue happens to the product within 7 days of delivery, you are fully eligible for a refund or replacement.
Note: This 7-day window applies strictly to product quality issues, not to size or color preferences, which must be verified at the time of delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
We submit our import orders to China shortly after your pre-order is confirmed. If you need to cancel your order or change your details, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
